Processing Times: The current processing times are between 2 to 3 business days (most times are same day shipping). Saturdays and Sundays are time spent with our family so our offices are closed, however, you can still contact us via email at email@example.com for any questions regarding your order and I will try to respond as soon as we can. For Sales or Stocking days, please expect delays. We will announce the processing time when this happens.
Shipping within the US:
First Class = 1 yard (less than 16 oz) = $5.00
PFRE = up to 3 to 4 yards = $8.00
MFRB = up to 8 to 10 yards = $13.80
LFRB = up to 12 to 14 yards = $19.30
CUSTOM = 15 yards and up will be calculated by weight.** **some exceptions apply.
IF YOU SEE A $300 SHIPPING CHARGE, this means that the system does not recognize your address. There are a few things to do,
1. Is to log in to your account so that the website recognizes that country that you are in.
2. If it still the same, it is either your country is not listed in our system or that your order is over the max limit that we set for the site. If this happens, please do contact us so we can assist you with your order.
Note about shipping calculations: at most times, thicker fabrics such as Distressed Fabrics, French Terry, Sweater Knits, and/or Stretch Denims, are considered 1 1/3 yards or 1 1/2 yards thick compared to dbp or rayon. For instance, in a PFRE (padded flat rate envelope), dbp or rayon can fit up to 4 yards. and sweater knits will only fit 3 yards.
For international orders, it’s best to check out via the website for updated shipping cost. If your country is not in our list, please us so that we can find ways to ship to you.
Shipping Delays /Lost Packages:
With a few exceptions, once the package has been handed to USPS, The Fab Clique is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. I will try and work with you to track your packages, however, to file or escalate claims, please contact USPS.
Since the website calculates by weight, it doesn’t recognize the fabrics actual thickness. Therefore, it will calculate the fabrics thickness via the weight its been assigned to and choose the appropriate rate or box. Once I have cut and prepared your package, will we know if it can fit in a smaller packaging. If so, shipping overages will be issued.
HOLD SHIPMENT: To hold shipment, please choose “hold shipment” listing in the shop. You can also leave us a note during checkout at the comments section or notify us via email or fb messenger. We can hold your order for a maximum of 2 weeks. We will notify you before shipping and if an extension is needed please let us know or the package will ship after the 2 week period.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Please inform us via email for combined orders. Generally, if your first order has not been issued a tracking number, the order can be combined automatically. However, due to the high volume of orders, we tend to miss a few packages so please let us know about your orders. Shipping refunds (if there is any) will also be issued for combined packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All Sales are final, but there are some cases in which I am willing to make an exception. If there is a problem with your order, please email us.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS: Inspect your fabric as soon as you received your package. You have 10 days from receipt to notify us about the flaw. The Fab Clique is not responsible for damages done to the fabric after washing or after its been cut.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS: Orders that has been returned back to us is sometimes hard to track due to the volume of packages that comes and goes to our office. Also, USPS sometimes does not notify us with returns so please make sure to check your tracking and inform us if you have not received your packages.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that your address is correct. We have no access to your accounts so changes to your addresses needs to be updated in the website. With that said, the buyer needs to pay for shipping back to the buyer.

What is FAB BUX rewards?
All purchases made from our site will earn you one (1) Fab Bux points for every dollar you spent. Fab bux points are redeemable on your next purchase during checkout and cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions. Twenty (20) fab bux points equals to one dollar. The Fab Bux points have no cash value and are only to be used at the time of the purchase. To accumulate Fab Bux points, you have to be logged in your fab clique account. Purchases made as a “guest” does not save your equivalent fab bux points from your purchase. You may view your current Fab Bux points under “My Account” of the website. Fab Bux points EXPIRES ONE YEAR from purchase date.
Note that Fab Bux points rewards can be canceled whenever we see fit. However, if the program is ever canceled, The Fab Clique will allow members 30 days to use their points.

Shipping your fabric on or before the 5th of the month. The fabric subscriptions are only for solid items which means there are no prints.
